A sanctuary for local tourism, mental health and environmental protection in the Dordogne.
To offer quality accommodation in a meditation space in the heart of a naturally protected and culturally rich area near Sarlat.
Terre de Miel promotes diversity, equity and inclusion and sustainable development.
Terre de Miel is a farmhouse dating from the 19th century consisting of an elegant farmhouse and a barn overlooking a meadow and a forest on an area of 6 acres in the heart of the French Périgord Noir.

Olivier is in charge of the exterior design of Terre de Miel.
John Curran manages luxury interior design projects in San Francisco, California. Originally from Denver, Colorado, where he founded and developed a natural aromatherapy products business from 1995 to 2007, John is also a Vipassana meditator and a volunteer with disabled artists. John is in charge of the interior design of Terre de Miel.
EDuring the season, Terre de miel will offer independent, spacious and very comfortable accommodation for rent for 8 people in a newly renovated farmhouse, allowing guests to isolate themselves on the spot between the pool, the forest and the garden and/or to get away from it all thanks to the opportunities for excursions in the Dordogne (hikes between castles and caves, kayaking, markets and flea markets in the most beautiful villages of France). For those who love vacations in a serene and idyllic environment. Rates on request.
In the off-season, Terre de Miel will offer a program that integrates meditation and other healing therapies to disconnect from the real and digital world, break with modern habits and practice mindfulness to appreciate the present moment. For those interested in developing a meditative practice. Suggested donation.
All year long, Terre de miel will work in favor of the protection of the environment by ensuring the pollination of bees through the maintenance of beehives; by preserving the local biodiversity through the exploitation of fruit trees (Pomme du Limousin AOP, Pruneau d'Agen IGP, Noix du Périgord AOC) and by becoming energetically independent thanks to solar energy. For the citizens of the world concerned by the planet. Free entry by appointment.
